Clear has perceived regulatory agencies such as the Energy and Utilities Board and Alberta Environment have changed their mandate from collaboration to consequence, therefore Clear Environmental Solutions believes that the environmental service provider must adapt to these changes. For Clear Environmental, the bases for managing these changes are to:

  • Hire experienced field personnel

  • Provide meaningful training

  • Provide technological tools to ease the administrative burden

  • Provide a means to easily archive and retrieve disposal information

Through our company’s development, we have been able to:

  • Secure the contract services of field personnel with 3 to 12 years of experience

  • Commit to a minimum of 1 month training for inexperienced personnel

  • Provide an ongoing mentoring program to continually increase our contractor’s knowledge

  • Develop Clear-Ware, a program to eliminate redundancy of data collection and capture entered data to allow the administration to flow efficiently

  • Develop Clear-View, a web-based portal to allow clientele to access their drilling waste management reports for review and retrieval

It is Clear Environmental Solutions belief that with this developed foundation will:

  • Provide personnel able to make solid operational decisions

  • Provide a database system to house all required and relevant information associated with a drilling waste management operation

  • Provide the ability to query the database to evaluate financial and operational parameters of a disposal program

  • Provide high capacity, efficient turn around to ensure landowners are remunerated quickly and effectively tracked

  • Provide the client the ability to retrieve the records for well files and future reclamation requirements
